Your business information stays connected to your account.

RM Goods Inc. collects the information you provide when you register, request a quote, approve an order, or contact us. This can include your name, business name, username, delivery details, product requests, current pricing, order notes, payment status, and tracking information.

How we use it

• To research products and prepare delivered quotes.
• To manage customer accounts, orders, payments, and shipments.
• To communicate about sourcing, fulfillment, and customer support.
• To protect the portal and prevent misuse.

Payments and access

The RM Goods portal does not store card numbers. Stripe processes card payments on its secure pages. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and customer account histories are visible only to that customer and authorized RM Goods administrators.

Sharing and retention

We share information only when needed to fulfill a request—for example, with a payment provider, carrier, warehouse, supplier, or freight partner—or when required by law. We retain business records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
