Clear terms before you order.

These terms apply to the RM Goods Wholesale website, catalog, customer accounts, quote requests, and order records. By creating an account or submitting a request, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the named business.

Catalog and quotes

Catalog listings are sourcing references, not automatic offers to sell. Availability, package details, delivery eligibility, timing, packing requirements, and final delivered pricing must be confirmed by RM Goods. A quote is not accepted until you approve the stated products, quantity, delivery terms, and total.

Payments and changes

Payment instructions are provided only after quote approval. Payment-provider fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, freight-forwarder costs, or special packing charges are included only when the approved quote says they are included. Any material change requires a revised confirmation.

Shipping

Transit estimates are not guarantees unless the approved quote expressly says otherwise. Customers must provide accurate delivery and customs information. Risk, claims, returns, and damaged-shipment handling depend on the approved order terms and the carrier or partner used.

Account use

Keep your password private and contact RM Goods promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful requests, or interfere with its operation.
