Wholesale returns depend on the approved order.

Before requesting a return

Contact RM Goods before returning any product. Include the order reference, affected quantity, reason, and clear photos when an item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Eligibility

Return eligibility and timing depend on the supplier, carrier, product condition, and terms shown in the approved quote. Opened food, beverages, perishables, custom-sourced goods, and clearance products may be non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the claim or returned goods are reviewed. Original freight, duties, payment fees, and special packing may be non-refundable unless RM Goods confirms otherwise in writing.
